The Missing Ingredient......YOU!!! I have been asked many times why I decided to join Taste of Home Entertaining. So I thought I would share with you what made me choose TOHE.... The reason I chose Taste of Home Entertaining was because I happened upon the company at a time when I needed some guidance. Sounds funny right? Let me explain as briefly as I can.... Dec. 2005 I just found out I was pg w #3, I was coming up on the 1 year anniversary of the deaths of my sister and mom. I am a SAHM and watch my hubby leave the house everyday to go to work to provide a decent life for our family. I'm feeling a bit lonely and kind of useless. I wanted to find myself again and be something other than mommy, wifey and sister. Also, we needed to get some extra cash flow in the house, just like alot of other homes in the world. I was searching around for what was out there and saw an ad for a new up and coming company that was only in the planning stages and it was based on the popular cooking magazine - Taste of Home. My mom had used these magazines and cookbooks for years. She and my sister were fabulous cooks and bakers. I thought..."This is it, this is the sign for me to get into this business as a way to stay connected with some important women in my life." Now that my life is in a calmer place than when I first started with TOHE, I am aiming to become the best I can in this business. I have learned soooo much with this business about myself, what I can accomplish and what I still need to do. I have met some great people in my area, but also across the U.S. My sponsor lives in Michigan, I am in Wisconsin and her team is from all over the states as well as the rest of the consultants for TOHE. I met so many of them at conference last year and this will probably sound so cheesy, but it really did feel like one big family. I love this company, the products and the potential it has brought to others, to myself and to those to come. Let me introduce to you why this company and business is THE ONE you need to learn about, belong to and succees with! Everyone has their own reason as to why they are looking for a business. More time with family, time away from family, need of a creative outlet, extra money for upcoming trip, vacation, car, bills....... What is your reason?
